15 On page 2, line 8, after the period

17 insert: Each state agency which has jurisdiction over
18 direct-support organizations or citizen support organizations
19 shall establish accounting and financial management guidelines
20 for those organizations under its jurisdiction. Each year, the
21 agency shall conduct operational and financial reviews of a
22 selected number of direct-support organizations or citizen
23 support organizations which fall below the audit threshold
24 established herein.
