  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to business and professional

  3         regulation; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to revise laws relating to business and

  5         professional regulation; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to business and professional regulation.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
