14 On page 39, line 26, through
15 page 43, line 6, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 Section 27. For the purpose of incorporating the
19 amendments to Florida Statutes, in references thereto, section
20 318.121, Florida Statutes, is reenacted to read:
21 318.121 Preemption of additional fees, fines,
22 surcharges, and costs.--Notwithstanding any general or special
23 law, or municipal or county ordinance, additional fees, fines,
24 surcharges, or costs other than the court costs assessed under
25 s. 318.18(11) may not be added to the civil traffic penalties
26 assessed in this chapter.
27 Section 28. Except as otherwise provided herein, this
28 act shall take effect October 1, 2003.
