23 Department of Transportation to erect suitable
24 markers; providing an effective date.

26 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

28 Section 1. "Judge Steve Levine Boulevard" designated;
29 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

1 (1) That portion of U.S. 1 between S.W. 216th Street
2 and S.W. 232nd Street in Miami-Dade County is designated as
3 Judge Steve Levine Boulevard.
4 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
5 erect suitable markers designating Judge Steve Levine
6 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
7 Section 2. "Steven Cranman Boulevard" and "Ethel
8 Beckford Boulevard" designated; Department of Transportation
9 to erect suitable markers.--
10 (1) That portion of U.S. 1 between S.W. 136th Street
11 and S.W. 186th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated as
12 Steven Cranman Boulevard. The Department of Transportation is
13 directed to erect suitable markers designating Steven Cranman
14 Boulevard as described in this subsection.
15 (2) That portion of S.W. 186th Street between U.S. 1
16 and S.W. 107th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated as
17 Ethel Beckford Boulevard. The Department of Transportation is
18 directed to erect suitable markers designating Ethel Beckford
19 Boulevard as described in this subsection.
20 Section 3. "Arthur Mays Boulevard" designated;
21 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
22 (1) That portion of S.W. 112th Avenue from U.S. 1 to
23 S.W. 230th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated as Arthur
24 Mays Boulevard.
25 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
26 erect suitable markers designating Arthur Mays Boulevard as
27 described in subsection (1).
28 Section 4. "Jean-Jacques Dessalines Boulevard"
29 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
30 markers.--

1 (1) State Road 944 on N.W. 54th Street in Miami-Dade
2 County, from the west boundary of State House District 108 to
3 U.S. 1, is designated as Jean-Jacques Dessalines Boulevard.
4 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
5 erect suitable markers designating Jean-Jacques Dessalines
6 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
7 Section 5. "Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard"
8 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
9 markers.--
10 (1) State Road 922 on N.W. 125th Street in Miami-Dade
11 County, from N.W. 7th Avenue to Griffing Boulevard, is
12 designated as Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard.
13 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
14 erect suitable markers designating Toussaint L'Ouverture
15 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
16 Section 6. "Frederick Douglass Boulevard" designated;
17 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
18 (1) State Road 915 on N.E. 6th Avenue in Miami-Dade
19 County, from the north boundary of State House District 108 to
20 U.S. 1, is designated as Frederick Douglass Boulevard.
21 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
22 erect suitable markers designating Frederick Douglass
23 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
24 Section 7. "Stanley Whitman Boulevard" designated;
25 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
26 (1) State Road 922 (96th Street), which provides entry
27 and exit into the Bal Harbour Shops, is designated as Stanley
28 Whitman Boulevard.
29 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
30 erect suitable markers designating Stanley Whitman Boulevard
31 as described in subsection (1).

1 Section 8. "Ronald A. Silver Boulevard" designated;
2 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
3 (1) Miami Gardens Drive from U.S. 1 to U.S. 441 is
4 designated as Ronald A. Silver Boulevard.
5 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
6 erect suitable markers designated Ronald A. Silver Boulevard
7 as described in subsection (1).
8 Section 9. "Alexandre Petion Boulevard" designation;
9 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
10 (1) State Road 909 on West Dixie Highway in Miami-Dade
11 County, from the north boundary of State House District 108 to
12 N.E. 2nd Avenue, is designated as Alexandre Petion Boulevard.
13 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
14 erect suitable markers designating Alexandre Petion Boulevard
15 as described in subsection (1).
16 Section 10. "Lawton Chiles Boulevard" designated;
17 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
18 (1) State Road 7 on N.W. 7th Avenue (U.S. 441) in
19 Miami-Dade County, from the north boundary of State House
20 District 108 to the south boundary of the District, is
21 designated as Lawton Chiles Boulevard.
22 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
23 erect suitable markers designating Lawton Chiles Boulevard as
24 described in subsection (1).
25 Section 11. "George Gill Boulevard" designated;
26 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
27 (1) State Road 5 on Biscayne Boulevard (U.S. 1) in
28 Miami-Dade County, from the north boundary of State House
29 District 108 to the south boundary of the District, is
30 designated as George Gill Boulevard.

4 Section 12. "James Weldon Johnson Boulevard"

7 (1) State Road 932 on N.W. 103rd Street in Miami-Dade
8 County, from the west boundary of State House District 108 to
9 N.E. 6th Avenue, is designated as James Weldon Johnson
10 Boulevard.
11 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
12 erect suitable markers designating James Weldon Johnson
13 Boulevard.
14 Section 13. "T. Stewart Greer Boulevard" designated;
15 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
16 (1) That portion of N.W. 183rd Street in Miami-Dade
17 County, from N.W. 32nd Avenue to N.W. 47th Avenue, is
18 designated as T. Stewart Greer Boulevard.
19 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
20 erect suitable markers designating T. Stewart Greer Boulevard.
21 Section 14. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
22 law.
