  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to boards, councils,

  3         commissions, and other legislatively created

  4         bodies; expressing the legislative intent to

  5         review the necessity and effectiveness of

  6         specified entities; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to review the

12  state's boards, councils, commissions, and other legislatively

13  created bodies in order to determine the necessity and

14  effectiveness of these entities.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.
