  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         creating a trust fund; providing an effective

  5         date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation creating a trust fund.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
