11  Senator Campbell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 4, between lines 26 and 27,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 8.  Subsection (4) of section 501.212, Florida
18  Statutes, is amended to read:
19         501.212  Application.--This part does not apply to:
20         (4)  Any person or activity regulated under laws
21  administered by the Department of Financial Services or the
22  Office of Insurance Regulation of the Financial Services
23  Commission Department of Insurance or banks and savings and
24  loan associations engaging in banking business regulated by
25  the Office of Financial Regulation of the Financial Services
26  Commission Department of Banking and Finance or banks or
27  savings and loan associations engaging in banking business
28  regulated by federal agencies. However, notwithstanding any
29  contrary provision of this subsection, this part applies to
30  promotional and marketing activities involving banks and
31  savings and loan associations in connection with entities that
