  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to education financial

  3         assistance; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to revise laws relating to education financial

  5         assistance; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

10  relating to education financial assistance.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
