(d) This subsection does not limit the powers of a
|
|

|
county which has a pollution control program, established by
|
|
21
|
special act of the Legislature, that is an approved program
|
|
22
|
under s. 403.182, to enact ordinances, regulations, or other
|
|
23
|
measures necessary to carry out the county's duties
|
|
24
|
pursuant to the terms and conditions of that program. |
|

|
(e) For purposes of this subsection, a county |
