1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to consumer credit reports; requiring
3	certain consumer credit reporting agencies to provide
4	certain consumers with a complete consumer credit report
5	each year under certain circumstances; providing an
6	effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10	Section 1.Each consumer credit reporting agency which
11	compiles and maintains files on consumers’ credit on a
12	nationwide basis shall furnish one complete consumer credit
13	report relating to such consumer’s credit at no charge to any
14	consumer in this state who requests a consumer credit report
15	relating to such consumer from such agency in a calendar year
16	and provides appropriate verification of his or her identity.
17	Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
