14	Amendment to Amendment (38313)
15	Remove line(s) 107-117, and insert:
16	claims, from each judgment awarded and settlement agreed to from
17	which a claim will be paid in whole or in part by the facility,
18	the facility shall retain 1 percent of its portion of the award
19	or settlement for deposit into a separate account for
20	guaranteeing payment of claims.
