14	Amendment (with title amendment)
15	Between line(s) 148 and 149, insert:
16	(c) An individual who has received a special diploma or a
17	certificate of completion based solely on the failure of a
18	previously required assessment test and who was previously
19	classified as a student with a disability, as defined in s.
20	1007.02(2), shall be eligible to receive a standard diploma upon
21	determination of the school superintendent in the school
22	district in which the student received the special diploma or
23	certificate of completion.

28	authorizing receipt of a standard diploma by a student with a
