Duval County is designated as "Upchurch Memorial Highway."

(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |

suitable markers designating Upchurch Memorial Highway as |
|

described in subsection (1).

(1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 South in St. Johns |

Flagler County is designated as "Augustus H. Craig Memorial |
