17 Section 11. (1) U.S. 192 from Interstate 95, in
18 Brevard County, to St. Cloud in Osceola County, is designated
19 the "Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway."
20 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
21 erect suitable markers designating the "Howard E. Futch
22 Memorial Highway."
