12 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

14 Section 1. Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway
15 designated; markers.--
16 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 17 from Crescent City
17 south to the Putnam/Volusia County boundary is designated as
18 the "Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway."
19 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
20 erect suitable markers designating the "Jerome A. Williams
21 Memorial Highway."
22 Section 2. Mamie Langdale Memorial Bridge designated;
23 markers.--
24 (1) The new U.S. Highway 27 bridge in the City of
25 Moore Haven in Glades County is designated as "Mamie Langdale
26 Memorial Bridge."
27 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
28 erect suitable markers designating Mamie Langdale Memorial
29 Bridge as described in subsection (1).
30 Section 3. George Crady Bridge designated; markers.--

1 (1) The old Nassau Sound Bridge, bridge number 750055,
2 on State Road 105 in Nassau and Duval Counties is redesignated
3 as "George Crady Bridge."
4 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
5 erect suitable markers designating George Crady Bridge as
6 described in subsection (1).
7 Section 4. The J.C. Penney Memorial Boulevard
8 designated; markers.--
9 (1) The portion of S.R. 16 in the town of Penney Farms
10 between Ethelene Road on the west and Paso Fino Road on the
11 east is designated as "J.C. Penney Memorial Boulevard."
12 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
13 erect suitable markers designating J.C. Penney Memorial
14 Boulevard.
15 Section 5. The C. Fred and Marvin Arrington Bridge
16 designated; markers.--
17 (1) The C. Fred Arrington Bridge located on U.S. 27
18 between Tallahassee and Havana and crossing the Ochlockonee
19 River is designated as "C. Fred and Marvin Arrington Bridge."
20 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
21 erect suitable markers designating C. Fred and Marvin
22 Arrington Bridge as described in subsection (1).
23 Section 6. "Deputy Renee Danell Azure Memorial
24 Highway" designated; Department of Transportation to erect
25 suitable markers.--
26 (1) That portion of State Road 121 which lies within
27 Union County is designated as "Deputy Renee Danell Azure
28 Memorial Highway."
29 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
30 erect suitable markers designating Deputy Renee Danell Azure
31 Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).

17 erect suitable markers designating the John S. 'Steve' Dennard
18 Bridge as described in subsection (1).
19 Section 17. Ed Fraser Memorial Highway designation;
20 markers.--
21 (1) State Road 121, from the Georgia-Florida line in
22 Baker County to the Union County line, is designated as the
23 "Ed Fraser Memorial Highway."
24 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
25 erect suitable markers designating the Ed Fraser Memorial
26 Highway as described in subsection (1).
27 Section 18. "Clyde Hart Highway" designated;
28 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
29 (1) That portion of State Road 44 which lies between
30 DeLand and State Road 415 in Volusia County is designated as
31 the Clyde Hart Highway.

6 County, from N.W. 32nd Avenue to N.W. 47th Avenue, is

10 Section 20. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
11 law.
