13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         Between lines 670 and 671,
15  
16  insert:  
17         (d)  Businesses, partnerships, corporations, sole
18  proprietorships, or other business entities with four or more
19  paid employees, which are engaged in the same or similar types
20  of work activities, have employees with similar industry
21  classifications, and confine their work exclusively or
22  predominately to a horseracing track or facility servicing a
23  horseracing track in this state may form a group and aggregate
24  their employer obligations under this chapter so that the
25  aggregated business activities of 10 or more separate entities
26  may be considered as single employer for purposes of arranging
27  workers' compensation insurance or self-insurance
28  certification, and the immunity provisions of s. 440.11 shall
29  apply.
