17	(9) The provisions of s. 112.18 shall not apply to any
18	compensation or benefit determination under this chapter unless
19	the employee meets tobacco use standards, if any, set by his or
20	her employer; meets health or physical fitness standards, if
21	any, set by his or her employer or contained in a collective
22	bargaining agreement applicable to the employee; meets periodic
23	physical examination requirements, if any, set by his or her
24	employer to determine the health status of the employee; and has
25	complied with any wellness program established to address
26	identified health concerns of the employee.
