2	An act relating to the Key Largo Wastewater Treatment
3	District, Monroe County; amending ch. 2002-337, Laws of
4	Florida; removing district from requirements of ch. 120,
5	Florida Statutes; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 4 of
10	section 1 of chapter 2002-337, Laws of Florida, is amended to
11	read:
12	Section 4. District powers, functions, and duties.--
13	(2) The district is hereby authorized and empowered:
14	(b) To adopt resolutions and policiesrules pursuant to
15	chapter 120, Florida Statutes, as necessary for implementation,
16	regulation, and enforcement, consistent with the purposes of the
17	district.
18	Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
