15	Remove line(s) 21-62, and insert:
16	(2) As used in this section:
17	(a) "Baiting" means to attack with violence, to provoke,
18	or to harass an animal with one or more animals for the purpose
19	of training an animal for, or to cause an animal to engage in,
20	fights with or among other animals. In addition, "baiting" means
21	the use of live animals in the training of racing greyhounds.
22	(b) "Person" means every natural person, firm,
23	copartnership, association, or corporation.
24	(3) Any person who commits any of the following acts
25	commitsis guilty ofa felony of the third degree, punishable as
26	provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084:
27	(a) Baiting, or using any animal for the purpose of
28	fighting or baiting any other animal.
29	(b) Knowingly owning, managing, or operating any facility
30	kept or used for the purpose of fighting or baiting any animal.
31	(c) Promoting, staging, advertising, or charging any
32	admission fee to a fight or baiting between two or more animals.
33	(d) Refereeing, providing security for, or being a
34	stakeholder of money wagered on animal fighting or baiting.
35	(e) Performing any service or act to facilitate animal
36	fighting or baiting, including, but not limited to, providing
37	security, refereeing, or handling or transporting animals or
38	being a stakeholder of any money wagered on animal fighting or
39	baiting.
40	(f) Removing or facilitating the removal of any animal
41	impounded under this section from an agency where the animal is
42	impounded or from a location designated by the court under
43	subsection (4), subsection (5), or subsection (7), without the
44	prior authorization of the court.
45	(4) Any person who willfully commits any of the following
46	acts is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable
47	as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083:
48	(g)(a)Betting or wagering any money or other valuable
49	consideration on the fighting or baiting of animals.; or
50	(h)(b)Attending the fighting or baiting of animals.
