3 designating Steven Cranman Boulevard, Ethel
4 Beckford Boulevard, Phicol Williams Boulevard,
5 Arthur Mays Boulevard, and Judge Steve Levine
6 Boulevard in Miami-Dade County; directing the
7 Department of Transportation to erect suitable
8 markers; designating "Toussaint L'Ouverture
9 Boulevard" in Miami-Dade County; designating
10 Darce Taylor Crist Highway in New Port Richey;
11 providing an effective date.

13 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

15 Section 1. Steven Cranman Boulevard designated;
16 markers.--
17 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between S.W. 136th
18 Street and S.W. 186th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby
19 designated as "Steven Cranman Boulevard."
20 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
21 erect suitable markers designating Steven Cranman Boulevard as
22 described in subsection (1).
23 Section 2. Ethel Beckford Boulevard designated;
24 markers.--
25 (1) That portion of S.W. 186th Street between U.S.
26 Highway 1 and S.W. 107th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is hereby
27 designated as "Ethel Beckford Boulevard."
28 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
29 erect suitable markers designating Ethel Beckford Boulevard as
30 described in subsection (1).

1 Section 3. Phicol Williams Boulevard designated;
2 markers.--
3 (1) That portion of State Road 5, U.S. Highway 1,
4 between S.W. 312th Street and S.W. 328th Street in Miami-Dade
5 County is hereby designated as "Phicol Williams Boulevard."
6 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
7 erect suitable markers designating Phicol Williams Boulevard
8 as described in subsection (1).
9 Section 4. Arthur Mays Boulevard designated;
10 markers.--
11 (1) That portion of S.W. 112th Avenue from U.S.
12 Highway 1 to S.W. 230th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby
13 designated as "Arthur Mays Boulevard."
14 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
15 erect suitable markers designating Arthur Mays Boulevard as
16 described in subsection (1).
17 Section 5. Judge Steve Levine Boulevard designated;
18 markers.--
19 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between S.W. 232nd
20 Street and S.W. 248th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby
21 designated as "Judge Steve Levine Boulevard."
22 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
23 erect suitable markers designating Judge Steve Levine
24 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
25 Section 6. "Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard"
26 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
27 markers.--
28 (1) State Road 944 on N.W. 54th Street in Miami-Dade
29 County, from the west boundary of State House District 108 to
30 U.S. 1, is designated as "Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard."

1 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
2 erect suitable markers designating Toussaint L'Ouverture
3 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
4 Section 7. (1) Highway 54 from Suncoast Parkway to
5 U.S. 19 in New Port Richey is designated as "Darce Taylor
6 Crist Highway."
7 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
8 erect suitable markers designating Darce Taylor Crist Highway
9 as described in subsection (1).
10 Section 8. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
11 law.
