14 On page 3, between lines 19 and 20,

16 insert:
17 Section 8. Steven Cranman Boulevard designated;
18 markers.--
19 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between S.W. 136th
20 Street and S.W. 186th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby
21 designated as "Steven Cranman Boulevard."
22 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
23 erect suitable markers designating Steven Cranman Boulevard as
24 described in subsection (1).
25 Section 9. Ethel Beckford Boulevard designated;
26 markers.--
27 (1) That portion of S.W. 186th Street between U.S.
28 Highway 1 and S.W. 107th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is hereby
29 designated as "Ethel Beckford Boulevard."
30 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
31 erect suitable markers designating Ethel Beckford Boulevard as

4 (1) That portion of State Road 5, U.S. Highway 1,
5 between S.W. 312th Street and S.W. 328th Street in Miami-Dade
6 County is hereby designated as "Phicol Williams Boulevard."
7 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
8 erect suitable markers designating Phicol Williams Boulevard
9 as described in subsection (1).
10 Section 11. Arthur Mays Boulevard designated;
11 markers.--
12 (1) That portion of S.W. 112th Avenue from U.S.
13 Highway 1 to S.W. 230th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby
14 designated as "Arthur Mays Boulevard."
15 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
16 erect suitable markers designating Arthur Mays Boulevard as
17 described in subsection (1).
18 Section 12. Judge Steve Levine Boulevard designated;
19 markers.--
20 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between S.W. 232nd
21 Street and S.W. 248th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby
22 designated as "Judge Steve Levine Boulevard."
23 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
24 erect suitable markers designating Judge Steve Levine
25 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
