  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to suspended or expired

  3         driver's licenses and motor vehicle

  4         registrations; expressing the legislative

  5         intent to revise laws relating to penalties for

  6         suspended or expired driver's licenses and

  7         motor vehicle registrations; providing an

  8         effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

13  relating to penalties for suspended or expired driver's

14  licenses and motor vehicle registrations.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
