  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Business

  3         and Professional Regulation; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to enact legislation

  5         relating to the Department of Business and

  6         Professional Regulation; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

12  legislation relating to the Department of Business and

13  Professional Regulation.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
