14 On page 1, between lines 27 and 28,

16 insert:
17 Section 2. Subsection (6) of section 260.0142, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 260.0142 Florida Greenways and Trails Council;
20 composition; powers and duties.--
21 (6) A vacancy on the council shall be filled for the
22 remainder of the unexpired term in the same manner as the
23 original appointment. Members whose terms have expired may
24 continue to serve until replaced or reappointed. No member
25 shall serve on the council for more than two consecutive
26 terms.
