  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to highway designations;

  3         designating a portion of U.S. Highway 192 as

  4         "Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway"; providing

  5         for the erection of markers; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  "Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway"

11  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

12  markers.--

13         (1)  U.S. 192 from Interstate 95, in Brevard County, to

14  St. Cloud in Osceola County, is designated the "Howard E.

15  Futch Memorial Highway."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating the "Howard E. Futch

18  Memorial Highway."

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.

24  The CS corrects the designation of U.S. Highway 192 from
