| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: | ||

| 10 | Section 1.Chapter 31037 (1955), Laws of Florida, is | ||
| 11 | repealed. | ||
| 12 | Section 2.All assets and liabilities of the City of North | ||
| 13 | Key Largo Beach are transferred to the Board of County | ||
| 14 | Commissioners of Monroe County. | ||
| 15 | Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. | ||
