15          Remove line(s) 793-802, and insert:
16          care, and family reunification. Unless otherwise provided for,
17    beginning in fiscal year 1999-2000, either the state attorney or
18    the Office of the Attorney Generalshall provide child welfare
19    legal services, pursuant to chapter 39 and other relevant
20    provisions, in Sarasota, Pinellas and, Pasco, Broward, and
21    Manatee Counties. Such legal services shall commence and be
22    effective, as soon as determined reasonably feasible by the
23    respective state attorney or the Office of the Attorney General,
24    after the privatization of associated programs and child
25    protective investigations has occurred.When a private nonprofit
