1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to road designations; designating a
3	portion of Interstate 75 as Purple Heart Memorial Highway;
4	designating Martin Luther King, Jr., Memorial Highway in
5	Hamilton County; designating Nott Circle Roundabout in
6	Suwannee County; directing the Department of
7	Transportation to erect suitable markers; providing an
8	effective date.

10	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12	Section 1. Purple Heart Memorial Highway designated;
13	department to erect suitable markers.--
14	(1) That portion of Interstate 75 from the Georgia-Florida
15	state line to the city limits of Ocala in Marion County is
16	hereby designated as "Purple Heart Memorial Highway."
17	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
18	suitable markers designating Purple Heart Memorial Highway as
19	described in subsection (1).
20	Section 2. Martin Luther King, Jr., Memorial Highway
21	designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
22	(1) That portion of U.S. Highway 41 located in White
23	Springs in Hamilton County is hereby designated as "Martin
24	Luther King, Jr., Memorial Highway."
25	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
26	suitable markers designating Martin Luther King, Jr., Memorial
27	Highway as described in subsection (1).
28	Section 3. Nott Circle Roundabout designated; department
29	to erect suitable markers.--
30	(1) The roundabout at State Road 51, Walker Avenue, and
31	County Road 136 located in Live Oak in Suwannee County is hereby
32	designated as "Nott Circle Roundabout."
33	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
34	suitable markers designating Nott Circle Roundabout as described
35	in subsection (1).
36	Section 4. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
