9	Remove the entire bill and insert:
10	A bill to be entitled
11	An act relating to Florida Gulf Coast University;
12	authorizing a bachelor of science in human performance
13	degree program with a concentration in athletic training;
14	providing an effective date.

16	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

18	Section 1. A bachelor of science in human performance
19	degree program with a concentration in athletic training is
20	authorized at Florida Gulf Coast University.
21	Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
