15	Remove line(s) 28-38, and insert:
16	expertise in corporate mergers, appointed by the Governor.

19	the Senate.
20	4. A member of the House of Representatives, appointed by
21	the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
22	5. The Commissioner of Agriculture, or his or her
23	designee.
24	6. The Chief Financial Officer, or his or her designee.
25	7. A sheriff selected by the membership of the Florida
26	Sheriff's Association.
27	(b) The first meeting of the task force shall be held no
28	later than July 15, 2003, at which time the members shall select
29	by majority vote a chair from among its members. All other
30	recommendations of the task force shall be by majority vote of
