  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to elections; providing for

  3         county commissions to provide additional

  4         polling locations that permit early voting;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  Subject to the approval of the supervisor

10  of elections, a county commission may, by ordinance, provide

11  additional polling locations in public buildings owned by the

12  state or a county or municipality which permit early voting.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.
