15	Between line(s) 3308 and 3309, insert:
16	Section 101. Any K-12 school receiving state funds,
17	including a school receiving funds from an eligible nonprofit
18	scholarship-funding organization as defined in s. 220.187,
19	Florida Statutes, shall adhere to all the requirements,
20	standards, guidelines, exceptions, and exemptions relating to
21	the FCAT for public K-12 schools.
