15	Between lines 157 and 158, insert:
16	Section 8. The following moneys are appropriated from the
17	Working Capital Fund to the Department of Education for fiscal
18	year 2003-2004:
19	(1) $100,000,000 to pay for past unfunded student growth
20	and inflationary costs for public schools under the Florida
21	Education Finance Program.
22	(2) $160,000,000 for expected increased student enrollment
23	in workforce development and other programs in the community
24	colleges.
25	(3) $66,000,000 for increased student enrollment in the
26	state universities.
