15	Between lines 194 and 195, insert:
16	(i) Shall establish a collaborative research consortium
17	with the state's historically Black colleges and universities
18	and the University of Miami to, among other things, fund joint
19	research initiatives in areas such as hypertension, sickle-cell
20	anemia, and diabetes; provide student learning and research
21	opportunities; establish joint degree programs; establish a
22	faculty exchange program; enhance science education and
23	technology programs; and enhance other initiatives to be
24	collaboratively agreed upon.
