15	Remove line 278, and insert:
16	authority. The grantee shall agree to satisfy all liens,
17	mortgages, and other encumbrances existing on such property in
18	the event the grantee ceases operations in this state. The
19	grantee shall further agree to assume responsibility for any
20	leases or contracts between the state or local governments and
21	third parties that may be impaired or breached.
