19	Section 2. The sum of $38 million is appropriated from the
20	General Revenue Fund to the Department of Education for the
21	purpose of providing funds for the Florida Teachers Lead Program
22	Stipend created by s. 1012.71, Florida Statutes. Each district
23	school board shall provide the funds no later than January 31,
24	2004, directly to each teacher.
