14 On page 13, between lines 14 and 15,

16 insert:
17 Section 10. Subsection (13) is added to section
18 400.9935, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 400.9935 Clinic responsibilities.--
20 (13) The clinic shall display a sign in a conspicuous
21 location within the clinic readily visible to all patients
22 indicating that pursuant to s. 626.9892, the Department of
23 Financial Services may pay rewards of up to $25,000 to persons
24 providing information leading to the arrest and conviction of
25 persons committing crimes investigated by the Division of
26 Insurance Fraud arising from violations of s. 440.105, s.
27 624.15, s. 626.9541, s. 626.989, or s. 817.234. An authorized
28 employee of the Division of Insurance Fraud may make
29 unannounced inspections of clinics licensed pursuant to this
30 part as are necessary to determine that the clinic is in
31 compliance with this subsection. A licensed clinic shall allow

1 full and complete access to the premises to such authorized
2 employee of the division who makes an inspection to determine
3 compliance with this subsection.
