A reviser's bill to be entitled
2An act relating to the Florida Statutes; repealing ss.
3110.116(2), 197.1722, 215.555(16), 261.06(12),
4288.063(11), 338.2216(5), 372.60, 375.041(6), 401.113(4),
5403.1838(4), 403.7095(7), 409.1671(1)(m), 468.805,
6489.118(2)(b), 553.8412, and 1010.78(2), F.S., all of
7which provisions have become inoperative by noncurrent
8repeal or expiration and, pursuant to s. 11.242(5)(b) and
9(i), may be omitted from the Florida Statutes 2004 only
10through a reviser's bill duly enacted by the Legislature;
11and repealing s. 440.185(11), F.S., to confirm the October
122, 2003, repeal of an exemption in accordance with the
13Open Government Sunset Review Act of 1995; providing an
14effective date.

16Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

18     Section 1.  Subsection (2) of section 110.116, Florida
19Statutes, is repealed.

21Reviser's note.--The cited subsection, which relates
22to department authorization to contract with a vendor
23to provide the personnel information system for state
24agencies for the 2002-2003 fiscal year only, expired
25pursuant to its own terms, effective July 1, 2003.

27     Section 2.  Section 197.1722, Florida Statutes, is
28repealed.

30Reviser's note.--The cited section, which relates to a
31waiver of certain mandatory charges relating to
32property taxes due for the 2001 tax year only, was
33repealed pursuant to its own terms, effective April 1,
342003.

36     Section 3.  Subsection (16) of section 215.555, Florida
37Statutes, is repealed.

40to a specified percentage for certain funds
41disbursement for the 2002-2003 fiscal year only,
42expired pursuant to its own terms, effective July 1,
432003.

45     Section 4.  Subsection (12) of section 261.06, Florida
46Statutes, is repealed.

49a review and report to determine the feasibility of
50providing public access for off-highway vehicle
51recreation and trails on public lands, expired
52pursuant to its own terms, effective July 1, 2003.

54     Section 5.  Subsection (11) of section 288.063, Florida
55Statutes, is repealed.

58to designation and funding of projects that the
59Legislature deems necessary to facilitate the economic
60development and growth of the state, expired pursuant
61to its own terms, effective July 1, 2003.

63     Section 6.  Subsection (5) of section 338.2216, Florida
64Statutes, is repealed.

67to turnpike toll collectors and laborers being
68temporarily continued in career service for the 2002-
692003 fiscal year only, expired pursuant to its own
70terms, effective July 1, 2003.

72     Section 7.  Section 372.60, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

74Reviser's note.--The cited section, which relates to
75issuance of a replacement hunting or fishing license
76or permit, was repealed by s. 39, ch. 2002-46, Laws of
77Florida, effective July 1, 2003. Since the section was
78not repealed by a "current session" of the
79Legislature, it may be omitted from the 2004 Florida
80Statutes only through a reviser's bill duly enacted by
81the Legislature. See s. 11.242(5)(b) and (i).

83     Section 8.  Subsection (6) of section 375.041, Florida
84Statutes, is repealed.

86Reviser's note.--The cited subsection, which specifies
87that, for the 2002-2003 fiscal year only, use of funds
88allocated to the Land Acquisition Trust Fund shall be
89as provided in the General Appropriations Act, expired
90pursuant to its own terms, effective July 1, 2003.

93Statutes, is repealed.

103     Section 10.  Subsection (4) of section 403.1838, Florida

122     Section 12.  Paragraph (m) of subsection (1) of section
123409.1671, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

128the current community-based care lead agency contracts
129for Sarasota, Manatee, and DeSoto Counties into a

133     Section 13.  Subsection (11) of section 440.185, Florida
134Statutes, is repealed.

137to confidentiality of a report of injury or illness
138filed pursuant to s. 440.185 that would identify an
139ill or injured employee, is repealed to confirm the
140October 2, 2003, repeal of an exemption in accordance
141with s. 119.15, the Open Government Sunset Review Act
142of 1995.

144     Section 14.  Section 468.805, Florida Statutes, is
145repealed.

148grandfathered certain persons practicing orthotics,
149prosthetics, or pedorthics for purposes of licensure
150provisions for a specified period of time, was
151repealed pursuant to its own terms, effective July 1,
