| 4 | Remove line(s) 179-184 and insert: |
| 5 | (7) A community pharmacy licensed under this chapter which |
| 6 | only receives and transfers prescriptions for dispensing by |
| 7 | another pharmacy may transfer a prescription for a medicinal |
| 8 | drug listed in Schedule II under chapter 893. The pharmacy |
| 9 | receiving the prescription may ship, mail, or deliver, in any |
| 10 | manner, the dispensed Schedule II medicinal drug into this state |
| 11 | under the following conditions: |
| 12 | (a) The pharmacy receiving and dispensing the transferred |
| 13 | prescription maintains at all times a valid, unexpired license, |
| 14 | permit, or registration to operate the pharmacy in compliance |
| 15 | with the laws of the state in which the pharmacy is located and |
| 16 | from which the medicinal drugs are dispensed; |
| 17 | (b) The community pharmacy and the receiving pharmacy are |
| 18 | owned and operated by the same person and share a centralized |
| 19 | database; and |
| 20 | (c) The community pharmacy ensures compliance with federal |
| 21 | law and subsections (1)-(5). |
