17         Section 58.  For the 2004-2005 fiscal year, the sum of
18  $300,000 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund, and
19  four positions are authorized, to the Department of
20  Agriculture and Consumer Services for the purpose of
21  conducting regulatory, training, and outreach activities
22  related to migrant labor.
