  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to commerce; expressing the

  3         intent of the Legislature to enact policies

  4         that foster commerce, produce economic

  5         opportunities, and promote consumer protection;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact policies that foster commerce, produce economic

12  opportunities, and promote consumer protection in the state.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
