15 page 2, line 16, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 Section 1. Subsections (5), (6), and (7) are added to
19 section 477.0135, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 477.0135 Exemptions.--
21 (5) A license is not required of any individual
22 providing makeup, special effects, or cosmetology services to
23 an actor, stunt person, musician, extra, or other talent
24 during a production recognized by the Office of Film and
25 Entertainment as a qualified production as defined in s.
26 288.1254(2). Such services are not required to be performed in
27 a licensed salon. Individuals exempt under this subsection may
28 not provide such services to the general public.
29 (6) A license is not required of any individual
30 providing makeup or special effects services in a theme park
31 or entertainment complex to an actor, stunt person, musician,

1 extra, or other talent, or providing makeup or special effects
2 services to the general public for no compensation. The term
3 "theme park or entertainment complex" has the same meaning as
4 in s. 509.013(9).
5 (7) A license is not required of any individual
6 providing makeup, special effects, or cosmetology services to
7 any person for the purpose of that person's appearing in a
8 still photograph taken for fashion, advertising, or magazine
9 editorial purposes. Such services are not required to be
10 performed in a licensed salon. Individuals exempt under this
11 subsection may not provide such services to the general
12 public.

17 On page 1, line 13, following the semicolon

19 insert:
20 exempting from cosmetology licensure the
21 provision of certain services relating to
22 fashion, advertising, or magazine editorial
23 still photography; providing that such services
24 need not be performed in a licensed salon;
25 prohibiting provision of such services to the
26 general public;
