15 On page 3, line 23,

17 insert:
18 (6) In regard to paintball, the immunity provided by
19 this section shall not be applicable unless the governmental
20 entity demonstrates it took precautions to ensure the safety
21 of the participants, including, but not limited to:
22 (a) Implementing safety rules.
23 (b) Informing all participants of all safety rules
24 implemented.
25 (c) Providing adequate supervision by a paid
26 government entity employee of paintball activities.
27 (d) Maintaining the premises in a safe condition.
28 (e) Correcting a dangerous condition which the
29 governmental entity either knew of or should have known of the
30 use of reasonable care.
