  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to bridge designations;

  3         designating Circus Bridge in Sarasota County;

  4         directing the Department of Transportation to

  5         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Circus Bridge designated; department to

11  erect suitable markers.--

12         (1)  Bridge number 170167, the Intracoastal Waterway

13  bridge replacing bridge number 170036 on Business U.S. Highway

14  41 in Sarasota County, is designated as "Circus Bridge."

15         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

16  erect suitable markers designating Circus Bridge as described

17  in subsection (1).

18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

19  law.
