11  Senator Campbell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 13, between lines 20 and 21,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 3.  Paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section
18  320.08062, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19         320.08062  Audits and attestations required; annual use
20  fees of specialty license plates.--
21         (1)(a)  All organizations that receive annual use fee
22  proceeds from the department are responsible for ensuring that
23  the proceeds are used in accordance with ss. 320.08056 and
24  320.08058, and must annually attest, under penalty of perjury
25  that such proceeds were used in compliance with such sections.
26  The attestation must be made annually and include, at a
27  minimum, identification of all revenues received by the
28  organization from the specialty license plate program and a
29  categorical list of expenditures.
