14 On page 125, between lines 12 and 13,

16 insert:
17 Section 89. Paragraph (a) of subsection (4) of section
18 491.014, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 491.014 Exemptions.--
20 (4) No person shall be required to be licensed,
21 provisionally licensed, registered, or certified under this
22 chapter who:
23 (a) Is a salaried employee of a government agency or
24 of a private provider contracting with a governmental agency
25 for the performance of the same essential services previously
26 provided by the governmental agency; developmental services
27 program, mental health, alcohol, or drug abuse facility
28 operating pursuant to chapter 393, chapter 394, or chapter
29 397; subsidized child care program, subsidized child care case
30 management program, or child care resource and referral
31 program operating pursuant to chapter 402; child-placing or

1 child-caring agency licensed pursuant to chapter 409; domestic
2 violence center certified pursuant to chapter 39; accredited
3 academic institution; or research institution, if such
4 employee is performing duties for which he or she was trained
5 and hired solely within the confines of such agency, facility,
6 or institution, so long as the employee is not held out to the
7 public as a clinical social worker, mental health counselor,
8 or marriage and family therapist.

15 On page 9, line 17, after the semicolon,

17 insert:
18 amending s. 491.014, F.S.; providing a salaried
19 employee of a private provider who contracts
20 with a governmental agency to provide certain
21 psychological services the same exemption from
22 licensing requirements which a salaried
23 employee of the governmental agency receives;
