14 On page 127, between lines 21 and 22,

17 Section 51. If any provision of this act or the
18 application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
19 invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or
20 applications of this act which can be given effect without the
21 invalid provision or application, and to this end the
22 provisions of this act are severable.
