14 On page 192, lines 15-16, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 (c) Public law libraries funded pursuant to s. 939.18.
18 If the court assesses the additional court cost, the revenue
19 shall be used to fund, to the extent possible, public law
20 libraries at the level equal to or greater than the amount
21 provided from filing fees and service charges to public law
22 libraries during the period from October 1, 2002, to September
23 30, 2003.
