18 Section 1. Subsection (13) is added to section
19 718.110, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 718.110 Amendment of declaration; correction of error
21 or omission in declaration by circuit court.--
22 (13) Any amendment restricting unit owners' rights
23 relating to the rental of units applies only to unit owners
24 who consent to the amendment and unit owners who purchase
25 their units after the effective date of that amendment.
