4	Remove line(s) 743 and insert:
5	credentialing board approved by the State Board of Education. In
6	order to be approved, the alternate national educator
7	credentialing board must require candidates to have a minimum of
8	3 years of in-classroom teaching experience and require in-
9	classroom observation of teacher effectiveness.
